Message from CAHA
Aug 7, 2011  8:54 PM
There have been numerous inquiries and questions being asked regarding Pee Wee age players playing in Bantam Tournaments. I want to make sure that both leagues and all associations whether travel or in-house, clearly understand the position of your CAHA Board of Directors. No Pee Wee age player may play at a checking level. More >>

Important Player-Up CAHA Rule
Nov 4, 2011  8:39 AM
The CAHA Board of Directors has just approved the following draft verbiage concerning player ups for the upcoming 2011/12 season.

No player may play up from Non-Check to Check (Peewee to Bantam). In other age classifications (Mite, Squirt, and Bantam), youth players who by birth are in the second year of his or her age classification may petition to play up one age classification. A statement of indemnification and release, signed by the parent or guardian, shall be submitted to their respective league prior to being rostered.

Note: CAHA will not allow any waivers.
