Welcome to the CHAMPS program

California Hockey Athletes Making Progress Scholastically (CHAMPS) was established to encourage, support and reward youth hockey players who commit themselves to their schoolwork while enjoying the sport of hockey. SCAHA, in conjunction with the Anaheim Ducks and the LA Kings has developed this grade recognition program for our hockey athletes to recognize the sacrifices young student-athletes make to juggle schoolwork with an active sports lifestyle.
