CHAMPS Letter About CHAMPS Criteria Procedures Division of Teams

  • CHAMPS club coordinators will receive information via SCAHA web site, which includes a parent letter, manager letter, and program information.

  • Club Coordinators must distribute letters to each skater via registration or through team managers.

  • Club Coordinators shall contact all team managers and distribute CHAMPS information.

  • In order to receive updates, you must provide your email address to your SCAHA CHAMPS Coordinator.

  • Qualifier submission begins September 1, 2007 and runs through October 15, 2007 in order to collect all grading/report card from the school year of 2006-2007.

  • Club coordinators must submit their qualifiers to the SCAHA coordinator.

  • Prizes and certificates will be awarded between November 1st and December 15th, 2007.

  • Club coordinators will keep track of who is a new and returning participant as the patches will be the original or an addition to if a second year participant.
