At the 5/23/03 SCAHA meeting, a motion was made that the league would "Follow rule 22.01 in the SCAHA Guidebook (referring to block recruitment) and for anything over the limit, requests for exceptions must be provided in writing to the Executive Board and the Executive Board would make the final decision".
