SCAHA Online Summary Form

This form is to be completed by each Club team representative with home & visitor team information documented. Once filled out completely and submitted successfully, you will receive an email containing the scoresheet summary you just entered. If you do not receive an email indicating SCAHA received the scoresheet information, you MUST email the SCAHA Statistician.

All required scoresheet data must be transmitted to SCAHA by no later than 9:00 PM, Monday immediately following all weekend games.

Game Penalties
Only list players that have 5 penalties or more, Game Misconduct, or Match, or a Coach receiving a Game Misconduct (individual penalty or 15 team penalties). 10 minute Misconducts are not to be listed. Note: A Double minor penalty (4 minutes) is 2 penalties. A 2 & 10 penalty is also considered as 2 penalties.
